Our refund policy is simple on purpose: we'd rather refund fast than argue.
30-day, no-questions refund. Email research@thetraderslab.io within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need a reason.
Cancel anytime — cancellation stops future billing immediately. If you cancel mid-period, you may keep access for the time you've paid for, or ask for a prorated refund of the unused portion; a prorated refund is always allowed. Just email research@thetraderslab.io.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
