What the application does

• Reads advertising performance from our own Google Ads account (campaign names and settings, impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions) and displays it in our internal, private reporting dashboard.
• Manages advertising in that same account: creating and updating our own campaigns, budgets, and ads, always initiated by our operator.

That is the complete functionality. The application does nothing else.

What Google user data it accesses, and why

The application requests one Google OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (Google Ads API access), authorized by our own Google account.

Data accessed: Google Ads data belonging to C311 LLC's own advertising account only — campaign configurations, ad content we created, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, and conversion figures). The application does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service, and it cannot access any Google Ads account other than our own.

Why: to show our own advertising performance inside our internal reporting, and to manage our own campaigns programmatically instead of by hand.

Where it goes: retrieved data is stored in C311 LLC's own private database and appears only in our internal, login-protected admin dashboard. It is never shared, sold, transferred, or used for advertising to others, credit decisions, or any purpose beyond the reporting and management described above. When the data is no longer needed, we delete it.

Because the only "user" whose data is involved is C311 LLC itself, no customer or third-party personal data is ever obtained through this application's Google access.
