These terms govern your use of thetraderslab.io and everything The Traders Lab publishes or sells — newsletters, educational content, data tools, and software (together, "the services"). The services are operated by C311 LLC, doing business as The Traders Lab, 6375 Penn Ave, Ste B PMB 1260, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
The Traders Lab provides financial education, research, and publishing. We describe our own systems, research, and results. Nothing we publish is investment advice, and nothing is a recommendation to you personally to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser and not a broker-dealer. We do not know your financial situation, and our content is not tailored to it.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you expect. Past performance, including backtested or simulated performance, does not guarantee future results. Any trading decision you make is yours alone.
Free and paid subscriptions are for your personal use. Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute our content. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and our refund policy (see Refunds) is deliberately generous.
We may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services as the business evolves. If we discontinue something you paid for, the refund policy applies to the unused portion. We may suspend or terminate access that abuses the services or violates these terms. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
We work hard to publish accurate data and traceable claims — showing our work is the point of this publication. Markets move and data sources have errors; the services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee that any information is current or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C311 LLC, doing business as The Traders Lab is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
