Effective August 14, 2026 · C311 LLC, doing business as The Traders Lab
This policy describes what C311 LLC, doing business as The Traders Lab collects and how we use it — in plain English, because that's how we write everything.
Information such as: contact details you provide when you subscribe or buy (like your email address, an optional name, and how you found us); engagement information as you read (such as email opens, link clicks, and page visits, tied to your subscriber record so we can understand what's worth publishing); and purchase records if you buy something. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
Operating the business: delivering our publications and products, understanding which content earns attention, providing what you bought, improving what we make, and meeting our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We may share information (a) with service providers that act on our instructions — the companies that deliver our email, host our systems, and process payments; (b) with affiliates and successor entities, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business; (c) when required by law or to protect our rights; and (d) with your consent.
Our internal application ("The Traders Lab") connects to the Google Ads API to report on and manage our own advertising account. Through that connection we access only our own Google Ads data — campaign settings and performance metrics for advertising we run. That data is stored in our own private systems, is used solely for our internal reporting and campaign management, and is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties. This access involves no reader or customer data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We may use and share information that has been de-identified or aggregated so that it no longer identifies you, such as research statistics, readership figures, and the like.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, honored immediately: we stop emailing you. If you later opt in again, your subscription resumes. To ask about or request deletion of your data, email research@thetraderslab.io from the address in question.
We may update this policy as the business evolves — for example if we add products, channels, or service providers. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date; continued use after an update means acceptance.
